I loved this book. I thought when reading it that it would be a great read for nearly all ages. The author manages to capture your attention right away; which to me, is of vital importance. The characters are well-defined and interesting. A big plus for me is the underlying story of good versus evil in a land that predates our modern religion. Some teachings are timeless and the author manages to convey these truths in a way that is easy for anyone to understand. I have already recommended it to others.Product details

My daughter (13) and son (15) bought this book at a book signing last year. My daughter is a pretty good reader. My son is not. However, they both loved this book!
My 13 year old daughter and 15 year old son both read this book. My daughter in particular really liked the characters and the story. My son felt it was a fast read and kept his interest.
